Great Breakfast, Great pictures, Great tips for smooth scramble eggs.


Yumm .... Can you tell I'm chinese because of the chopsticks ? haha .. I don't usually use chopsticks but ... just too lazy to wash so many dishes! I use chopsticks to beat the egg so :D

Great Tips for Smooth (滑蛋) Scramble Eggs!

1. Beat until bubble! Unless you like some egg whites.
2. Medium heat , make sure theres oil on the pan!!
3. This is the tricky part. As soon as the bottom part is cook, scrape it up and stir with the liquid egg that are not done yet. Continue doing that until all eggs are cook and solid.
4. Pick it up as soon as soon as its solid! Leaving it in the pan for too long will cause dryness!

I love eggs this way!! So does Sandra.. she likes it a lot ! I hope this tip will help ya! I never knew how good my eggs are until Sandra ate it so haha !
