Cream of mushroom

Anywho who love creamy soup, this is the recipe for you!

Thats what we had for dinner :D very creamy, very very Campbell like! Except its fresh and yummy!!!!

Yes been lazy about blogs......been super stress this week.... its a stressful week so .... hoping my blogging will be resume after a chaos weekend.

Schedule:
Wed - 3:30 work ~830
- 9:00pm work meeting
- 10:00pm pick up Dick from work
- FInally get to have dinner ? hopefully lol
Thur - work work work till 9pm
Fri - Make up lessons, practice for performance (church xmas party?)
Sat - whole day ...get to dress up pretty and run around like a headless chicken. Then work dinner at night :D
Sun - Church to look at people baptist then work for the first time at esso :D
Mon - Doctor appointment, work at esso

Then its gonna be work work and work until Friday :D Wish me luck! I cant collapse!!!!! So pretty much this is my last free day.... therefore I kept making food and eating lol ... Muffins will be up in 5 minutes :D

Chicken on 紛絲



Ingredients:
-One bunch of 紛絲
- 4 - 6 pieces of chicken thigh or 1 big chicken breast (chopped into small pieces)
- 4~5 big 冬菇 (chopped into small pieces)
-2 pieces 干遙柱
- 5 pieces of lettuce
- oyster sauce, soya sauce, corn starch, salt and pepper, seaseme oil.
- a can of chicken broth

1. Soak 冬菇, 干遙柱 in one bowl and 紛絲 in another bowl in water until soft.
2. Marinate chicken with soya sauce, s+p, seaseme oil.
3. Lay lettuce on the bottom of the plate
4. Boil some water and cook 紛絲 until clear, lay on top of lettuce.
5. Pour 冬菇 and 干遙柱 in a pot with the water they were soak in, pour in chicken broth and boil at low heat
6. Pan Fried chicken in a pan with a little oil until the outside is golden, then pour in pot in step 5.
7. Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, and seaseme oil, s+p and boil the whole mixture for around half and hour ~ an hour until the musrooms are soft, 干遙柱 shatter.
8. Add cornstarch to make it thick, then pour onto 紛絲 + lettuce, serve!

P.S. Add seasoning according to personal taste. I like adding white pepper and lots of soya sauce lol ... so i cant really give u the exact amount! I call it the cooking common sense so :p and ya im so bad at translating chinese ingredients to English, help anyone ? :D
