Hi everyone!!!!

What's up ? Its me Minnie again :D I know a lot of u (or just a few maybe) miss me a lot... i miss you guys!

Work has be insane....work 5 days last week and 6 days the week before... hoping this week wont be as much work load! Trying to save my weekend for cooking..... I've actually just been exercising a lot to get in shape (not loose weight, get in shape) to show u what i mean..this dress perfectly show my big tummy like I am pregnant (I swear i am not!!!! )

My house ... has been invaded! AHHH by lemon tea.... i surrounded to the attack and start drinking too much of it tho :p that doesnt help my fat tummy



uh huh ..... ok .... enough with the sily pictures...... lets show some food pics.... got people over for dinner on saturday.... cooking for others is always fun :D I also feel so fullfill afterwards!! Starting to be Busy :D

Great busy day after a couple days of snow storm. The quiet street is once fill with cars, piled snow, and sunshine :D



Beside my crazy schedule from the other post.. I started school FINALLY!@ I have been wanting to do school aain since forever...... and finally get to @ www.icslearn.ca

pretty kool lessons.... You may say its a lazy way to do school..blah blah blah... but if I am gonna be unhappy sitting trap in classrooms, this is the alternate way for sure!

I hope I wont neglect this blog too much :D I am finally getting great feedbacks :D I'mreally really really happy!!!!!!!

So just a question for you guys... how many of you who are reading this prefer to read chinese ? Maybe I should stop being so lazy and type bilingual blogs :D What do you guys think ?

Yes been lazy about blogs......been super stress this week.... its a stressful week so .... hoping my blogging will be resume after a chaos weekend.

Schedule:
Wed - 3:30 work ~830
- 9:00pm work meeting
- 10:00pm pick up Dick from work
- FInally get to have dinner ? hopefully lol
Thur - work work work till 9pm
Fri - Make up lessons, practice for performance (church xmas party?)
Sat - whole day ...get to dress up pretty and run around like a headless chicken. Then work dinner at night :D
Sun - Church to look at people baptist then work for the first time at esso :D
Mon - Doctor appointment, work at esso

Then its gonna be work work and work until Friday :D Wish me luck! I cant collapse!!!!! So pretty much this is my last free day.... therefore I kept making food and eating lol ... Muffins will be up in 5 minutes :D

Rice in Egg

I was really just gonan make chicken fried rice .... but i decided to make this afterall ... pretty :D

I put chicken fried rice in it instead of all the other things.. you can put anything in u like :D

Havent blog for a while.... been sick and lazy. Went to the doctor and doing some blood test tomorrow. hope I pass this test LOL!!!!!!!!! jk jk ..... i know what I have i think ... i will be on pills yay ... i think lol ... Its only a minor thyroid problem and I am over worry ... meh .... ~!

Annual winter recital is coming up!!! Cheer for all my student who has the courage to step up on a big stage!!!! Me ? STRESS!!!! No more parents coming up to me and tell me its my fault that their children do bad.. PLZ!

Insane headaches

Im having insane headaches where it feels like someone is hitting the back of my head with a hammer every 2 seconds.... therefore...... not the best time to type my blog.....

湯圓/甜品論 Glutinous rice balls /Desserts talk

I store bought these glutinous rice balls from a chinese market in ottawa and....well they ain't the best...

I was craving them like crazy ever since i had them in my friend's house.... since im sick and on a coughpmscoughcough mood .... I have to spoil myself! It was 15 for 2.49 or something like that. I never really look at the price I guess....or the cents i mean .... price heck ya i look at it.... lol .... anywho ..... It was too much of the outside, not enough of the inside.... so you knwo what ? We've decided that we will make our own... just found a great recipe...cant wait till I have time to try it!




Thanks to my roommate for buying this cake :D . I use to LOOOOVE this cake as a child. It had a very strong taste of vanilla cream and egg when I ate this in HK. I found recipe on how to make this and I always want to try but it look so hard rolling it up ...... Very scared failure i guess so I will hold this off for ..... a while :D Maybe till xmas so I can make a log or something out of this :p

Of course this is Ottawa and I tell ya nothing taste like HK's stuff. This had not much of a taste, its very good, not saying its bad, but not as strong and dont smell as good at the ones in HK.... DUH lol .. I expect way too much for a lot of my food i guess :p




Last but not least..... I am making some tarts :D A sneak peak on the progress dont u want that eh ....... um...... sure sure! haha It doesnt look the best right now.... and I really reallly slap myself for not learning from last time ....but then.... lol ok I will stop saying that.... I will try my best to fix the look..but I know it taste really really really good!

notice please, notice Patiently is in quote..... am I patient ? Sure I'm a teacher...... i need a lot of patients..... or bribe..... or beating mwahha just kidding! i've became more patients but waiting always aLWAYS make me anxious :D

waiting for 2 final products to finish with their process.....both i have to wait 1 hour + ..... la la la. . so meanwhile i will type here ..what i have cooked

1. Beef brisket... YuM!!!!!!! Another hour and that wll be done!
2. Chocolate fondue tart with strawberries..... it look um .......... I should have learn my previous mistake with the mousse..... but I didnt :p so ... hoping my fridge can save my tarts!!!

other than that...... I have took pictures of progress today .. hehe ...they are always good to remember :d

Too tired, Too sick

Well really not that sick but ....sick enough to forget my camera at home today and didnt take any pictures of any food :p

Just you wait tho , I will cook up something very very sweet tomorrow and post a lot of pictures on! That will make up for today's lost! :D

Yes that will make me fat right ? :p o boo ..... I wanted Timbits and there are no Timmy close to where i live now. I should of get them around Dick's house.. We had to drive like 10 minute to find a very small Tim Horton... so I only got a Hot Chocolate to warm me up but THATS NOT ENOUGH! lol No Y I am not FAT!


People like Cookie with milk ... since I can't stand milk on its own, i like tea. This is Lychee Black Tea ... its sooooooooo goood :D


On the side note... these are not my snacks , but my daughters, who would love snacks. They eat just as much as me! haha

I still like the red and white strawberry one from sugar mountain best, but this one.... had made me soooo happy tonight. It's also xmas color :D

Finally got banner up

Finally got banner up ... ugly tho .. will fix it later when I can ^^ and when I want to!

Went to Mcdonald for breakfast, Korean for lunch and made a great dinner tonight ^^ Pictures + Recipes up soon! When my friends upload them and send to me!

Need ideas to invent food with. Usually I cook whenever people said "oh I want to eat this" So ....Let me know if anyone have any idea ^^
