Onigiri (Japanese Rice ball)

Thanks to for http://www.wretch.cc/blog/mitong&article_id=2290373 sparking my idea for this recipe. Mine is not as fancy but its easy and quick :d

Also thanks to sandra who made faces on my rice balls :D haha

I didnt quite know the portion but ... I just guess :p

-1.5 cup of Japanese rice (that makes 3 rice balls)
- 1/4 cup of roasted sesame seeds
- 4~5 pieces of Korean seaweed (I use salted ones, bought them in Korean store, but you can use whatever seaweed you prefer)
- 1 can of tuna (mix with 2 tbsp mayo)
- 1/4 of pickled radish (the yellow marinated ones )
- Japanese white vinegar, mix with 1 tbsp sugar. More if you like sweeter, less if you like sour.

1. Cook rice according to direction
2. Add the vinegar in rice, and stir until theres no more steam. (Rice would look soggy at first, but if you stir until all the steams are gone, it will be dryer)
3. Cut/rip (yes I rip, too lazy lol) seaweeds to bits , get roasted sesame and add it to rice. Stir well.
4. Lay Rice on a piece of plastic wrap and add tuna + pickle radish on rice.
5. Wrap the onigiri with the plastic wrap into a ball shape. Decorate :D

Tips :
1.Thanks for 小小米桶 recipe for the plastic wrap trick. No sticky hands :D
2. Decorate and put however you want in the onigiri :D make sure you dont over fill the families :D or else they become bloated and explodes :p
3. Great recipe to do with kids :d Im sure they like decorating!
4. Can use veggies to decorate instead of seaweed!

Thanks again Sandra for decorating!
