St.Louis Special


Found this picture and I would like to comment on it.

I forgot the real name for these little pastries :D They consist of cream cheese and crab meat inside and I assume.. flour paste outside ? Fried, serve with plum sauce I believe. I had these a year ago when I went to St.Louis, Missouri and apparently you can only find these there. Eat with a nice cup of bubble tea.. YUM!

I find it a little heavy with cream cheese. More crab meat or maybe even veggies would be great.. its not bad, but its just little heavy. One will fill u up to the top already! I just find these very unique and thats why I post them i guess ^^ Maybe I will try making them one day! I really want a fryer for xmas!

Hi..just stumbled on your blog. I'm in Toronto and it's frickin cold out tonite, something like minus 23C with the windchill! Just wanted to say hi and also to let u know the name of those deepfried snacks...crab rangoon. I know, dumb name. I believe Pres. Choice makes them too, frozen.
